Give first priority to the welfare of our young people- to promote a positive attitude towards accessing support services - By each young person having a bespoke support package focusing on issues identified in their individual portfolio of need and by reducing fear & ignorance in accessing services, seeking concordance & monitoring & assessing by systematic and regular use of screening tools-observations, disclosures and behaviours.

Readdress the stereotypical view and attitude of drift, invisibility and cultural heritage that many looked after young people experience - By looking at developing self awareness – Managing feelings, decision making, managing stress, personal responsibility, self concept, empathy, communication, group dynamics and conflict resolution. To transfer these skills into family & community life.

Raise educational achievement - By provision of an optional learning package focussing on life skills, physical education, the arts and citizenship.

See families reconciled - Through our exemplary contact support package enhanced by transport facility and overnight accommodation.

Work effectively and collaboratively in partnership with all who are involved in the care plan for the young person - By providing regular progress reports, weekly social worker visits and overnight accommodation and post care support.

Encourage healthy living - Through a healthy diet and by involvement in community and outdoor recreational activity
